Entrepreneurship and vision define Mr. Sari Hassan since his childhood days. Focus and mentality were set on how to be original, distinct, and unique. In the early 1990’s, Mr. Sari Hassan worked as a pastry chef in his family’s early bakery shop in the city of Nazareth. Since 1969 and up until this day, the bakery still operates. During his chef years, there was a major shortage of raw materials, equipment, and resources in the north of Israel in general, and in the city of Nazareth in particular. This presented a major obstacle for bakeries and pastries to progress and expand their work. Mr. Sari Hassan saw an opportunity amid the obstacle as all materials and resources had to be brought in from the Tel-Aviv area which was very bustling at the time. However, there were personal obstacles set before Mr. Sari Hassan. The obstacles were transporting goods to Nazareth and financially acquiring these goods

A determined entrepreneur started on a journey to overcome these obstacles. With limited financial resources, technological solutions, and transport, Mr. Sari Hassan started a business in his garage. Years progressed and his hard work finally paid off. The brand Sari Ltd.only grew, and the business expanded its physical location and its activities. A move to a larger warehouse was a necessity especially when importing goods became an essence in the company’s business plan. Each sector has its own demands, and it differs from others in the way of carrying out transactions and business. Today, Sari Ltd. is active in the ‘Arab Region Market’. A geographical area located in the northern district of Israel. Sari Ltd. is targeting other districts such Haifa, central and southern districts. There is great potential in expanding to these districts; however, obstacles will surely be present along the way. Sari Ltd. is currently planning in starting several branches to make its brand awareness present in these districts

Penetrating to New Industries: Although our products are intended for bakeries and pastries. However, in the last 10 years, we have joined the pizzeria industry, the gelato (ice-cream) industry and restaurant industry. Sari Ltd. is moving in the path to become a general trading company where our products will be available exclusively in major supermarket chains in Israel

They always aim for innovation in their line of work and their goal is to always provide the best for their customers with regards to taste, decorations and distinctiveness

Crepe, Waffle, Gelaterias: A very different segment from the two items above. They favor ready to use products to save time. Their target customer is the young generation. However, they always look for new tastes, good packaging and decoration
